Are you passionate about early years education? Do you have a caring nature and a love for nurturing young children? We're looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our warm and dynamic team in Hackney!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development, in line with the EYFS framework.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting an inclusive and welcoming environment.
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a stimulating and nurturing environment.
- Follow all safeguarding policies, ensuring the safety of all children in your care.
What We're Looking For:
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working in an early years setting.
- A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about child development and creating a positive impact on young lives.
- Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the nursery.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to childcare.
