Planning Solicitor (Associate) – Bristol

A leading Legal 100 law firm in Bristol is seeking an Associate Solicitor to join its highly respected and expanding planning team.

This role has been created as a result of the team’s success in securing significant tenders for high-profile projects across the UK.

The team advise on sustainable development and regeneration projects, including negotiating planning agreements, compulsory purchase & highways matters, planning appeals, listed building & conservation area issues, managing contaminated land concerns and defending town green applications.

Your role will involve:

• Advising on contentious and non-contentious planning law matters for public and private sector clients
• Supporting complex planning issues, including development consent orders
• Providing expert advice on planning agreements, highways and compulsory purchase matters
