Finance Supervisor role waiting to be filled

Venn Group have been approached by a Public Company, and would like to introduce the following available position

Position:          Finance Supervisor

Location:         Manchester City Centre

Length:           3-month contract

Hourly Pay:     £19.15 - £21.37 per hour PAYE inc holiday pay

Hours:            35 hours p/week

The role will predominantly involve:

• Planning, allocating and supervising members of the team, assisting in any financial or administrative tasks
• Providing budgeting and financial monitoring within the team
• Providing financial administration support to the team, providing an effective service to customers and stakeholders
• Processing purchase invoices and resolving queries with suppliers and customers
• Analysing and identifying discrepancies accounts
• Reconciling accounts including the problems of journal transfers and recharges

The successful candidate will be:

• AAT qualified
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experienced in using a financial system
• Experienced in a senior or supervisor role
