RTL Group is seeking a permanent Site Agent to oversee a civil engineering project on behalf of our client who are a Tier 1 main contractor. You will be required to manage the FRC package of works.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless project execution.
*
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
*
Manage resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment.
*
Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that may arise promptly.
*
Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
*
Liaise with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.
*
Implement quality control measures to uphold project standards.​
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects, preferably flood alleviation schemes.
*
Strong leadership and communication skills.
*
Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.
*
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
*
Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management.​
