Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of anatomy and be committed to providing exceptional patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care. You will need to have flexibility to be able to cover shifts at our other locations all within a 10 minute radius.

Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.

* Administer medications accurately and safely, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and document findings in medical records.

* Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

* Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition.

* Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment plans, and medication usage.

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment for both patients and staff.

* Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance nursing skills.

Requirements

* Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

* Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.

* Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.

* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

* A commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to best practices in nursing care.
