• Timely and accurate management accounts production.
• Financial control, including balance sheet reconciliations.
• Board and management information preparation.
• Operational controls application and improvement suggestions.
• Margin analysis.
• Managing pensions, payroll taxes, and deductions.
• VAT submissions and compliance.
• Profit improvement insights through trend and cost analysis.
• Historical and forward-looking reporting to management.
• Supporting and developing junior team members.

The Candidate: ideal for an ambitious candidate who is newly qualified or has a few years of post-qualification experience.
