On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager I to join a Non-Profit offering Community Services in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the governance, operational management, and administration of nursing and healthcare services, providing strong clinical leadership and ensuring effective use of resources.
• Deliver nursing care and support within GP clinics across multiple locations as required.
• Manage and oversee hospital discharge processes to ensure seamless transitions of care for patients.
• Work closely with senior nursing staff to carry out audits, reporting, and compliance with relevant legislation and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain high hygiene standards for patients, staff, and visitors.

Requirements:

• Registered in the General Nurse Division with An Bord Altranais or eligible for registration.
• Additional training in areas such as community health, addiction, housing, or counselling.
• Qualification in management or leadership experience desirable.
• At least three years of post-registration nursing experience.
• Proven experience working with individuals with complex health needs.
• Travel around Dublin will be required.
