Qualifications

• RGN qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
• Demonstrated experience as a Nurse, with a strong focus on adult care, showcasing clinical competence and sound judgment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with patients and colleagues
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment, consistently delivering high-quality care under pressure

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior nursing care in adherence to professional standards and ethical guidelines
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for each patient
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring accuracy and patient safety
• Monitor and meticulously document patient progress, including vital signs and symptoms, to facilitate informed decision-making
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and quality of care
• Provide compassionate emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, fostering a supportive and reassuring environment
