About the Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant primary school in Dagenham, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with relevant experience and a passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
Provide support to students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis.
Cover classes in the teacher's absence and deliver pre-prepared lessons.
Support children with varying abilities, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching staff.
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.Requirements:

Relevant experience working in a primary school setting is essential.
HLTA qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of the primary school curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
