Job Title: Geography Teacher

Contract Type: Part-Time (Temporary)

Location: Gloucester

We are seeking a Geography Teacher to support a Gloucester based school from November 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Geography, including all planning, marking, and assessment responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Geography lessons.
Develop lesson plans tailored to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.
Assess, record, and report on the progress and attainment of students.
Provide targeted support and interventions to help students achieve their potential.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental and school-wide activities.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Geography.
Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment methods.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
