Our client is a successful high-level security business based in the Hertfordshire area, seeking a Service Desk Manager to join their established team in Hatfield.

* Private Healthcare
* 30 Days Holiday (inc Bank Holidays)
* 40 Hour Week - 8am - 5pm with 1 Hour Lunch Break

Responsibilities for a Service Administrator
* Vehicle and Fleet Management
* Keeping documentation up to date, ensuring it is in line with necessary accreditations
* Overseeing and assisting with daily administrative tasks
* Dealing with maintenance renewals
* Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the department runs smoothly
* Overseeing and assisting with Service Calls
* Creating new works using Simpro
* Overseeing and organising permits when necessary
* Assisting with the drafting of quotations
