Senior Support Worker
Location: Gravenhurst, Bedfordshire
Salary: £30,275 (if qualified) + £44.56 per sleep-in + £1,400 annual attendance bonus (paid quarterly)
Shift Pattern: 1 on, 2 off (including at least one sleep-in)
Hours: 07:30 AM - 10:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Providing high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting
Acting as a role model, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
Leading shifts and supporting junior staff members
Encouraging personal development and positive behaviours
Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care plans
Ensuring the home meets safeguarding and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience working in children's residential care
A Level 3 qualification in a relevant field (or equivalent)
A full UK driving license
Strong communication and leadership skills
A caring, empathetic, and resilient approach
