Purpose of the Role
As the Digital Marketing Assistant, you will be part of the Queensgate’s on-site Marketing Department who is responsible for the overall delivery of Marketing Plans and activity to support the local Business Plan and Business Strategy developed by centre and asset teams.
This involves all aspects of communication, marketing, PR and events management, whilst consistently enhancing the brand and overall profitability of the asset. The Marketing team manage and ensure the brand values and integrity are maintained in all executions to the highest standard with success demonstrated in the achievement of targets which increase overall trading performance of the centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Using digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and create an invaluable customer experience
- identifying the target audience and creating digital campaigns to inform, engage and motivate them towards specific goals
- Managing all digital marketing platforms using a variety of digital marketing tools
- Working with other teams within the centre or externally to help with marketing campaigns when needed
- Ensuring all digital marketing communications are distributed effectively, internally and externally
- Support the implementation of centre marketing plans and the execution of campaigns in-centre, including Commercialisation
- Provide support with marketing queries and ad-hoc marketing projects
- Content manage the website and touchscreens as and when required
- Liaise with the Retail Liaison Manager to provide marketing support to all retailers where required through Queensgate Marketing channels
- Driving, compiling, managing and uploading relevant retailer and centre content onto the website, social media channels, customer emailers and creating content for the Savills workplace intranet
- Deliver regular e-newsletter communications in accordance with the marketing strategy
- Support with administration including budgetary management including timely and accurate invoicing/reconciliation
- Lead in the delivery of in-centre community activities
Additional Responsibilities:
- Attend any training and development courses as necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the Centre.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Candidates will be required to demonstrate the following:
Minimum:
Outstanding knowledge of all digital marketing channels and social platforms.
- Relevant Marketing qualification
- IT Literacy Approachable nature
- Able to use own initiative
- Good communicator
- Self-motivated
- Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to delegate and prioritise work across multiple projects
- Creativity and an understanding of the importance of visual aesthetics with attention to detail
Desirable:
- Proven experience in consumer marketing environment
- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent H&S qualification
Working Hours - 37.5 hours pw
Salary - £23,000 pa
