Estimator required in Essex

GVR Solutions are currently representing a new client who are a well-established main contractor that are undergoing a healthy period of growth. They have been trading for 20 years and have a current turnover of £6m with the view of growing to £10m then to £20m. As a main contractor they undertake projects in the Education, Healthcare and Residential sector with values up to £2m.

They're looking to employ an Estimator who can take them to the next level so ideally someone that is working for a slightly bigger business who has priced and won bigger schemes to allow them to go after bigger projects.

Estimator:

* Office based 5 days a week

* Experience as an Estimator working for an established main contractor

* Ideally someone that has procurement experience too

* They currently use excel and have used Bluebeam. They would be happy to look at new software for new hire.

* Microsoft project for programming (although not massively significant for estimator)

* Salary up to £80K

* Someone who is a team player is essential. They are a very inclusive crowd and want someone who fits in culturally
