Team Teach Learning Support Assistant
Location: Special Needs Department, College in Gidea Park
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 3:15 PM
Pay: Starting at £13.32 per hour (PAYE)

Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs? We are seeking a Team Teach Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated Special Needs Department in a college setting.

About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

- Provide 1:1 and group support to students with special educational needs.
- Implement Team Teach strategies to support positive behaviour management.
- Work closely with teaching staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Assist students with academic and personal development.
- Promote independence and confidence in learners.

Requirements:

- Team Teach trained
- Experience working with students with SEN, particularly in a college or school setting.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
