Job Title: Telemarketer/ Sales

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 basic + Performance Related Bonuses

We are currently recruiting a Sales Person/ Marketer for our clients award winning environmental services business.

About The Role

You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Making outbound calls to potential customers to arrange appointments for surveyors.

* Handling inbound enquiries with professionalism and providing clear information about the services they provide.

* Using a CRM system to manage job requests and maintain an up-to-date pipeline of opportunities.

* Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We're Looking For

We are lookinig for a positive, enthusiastic individual who thrives in a team environment and works well under pressure.

Essential Skills:

* Good experience in a customer service (sales related role) - face-to-face or phone-based.

* Proven success in cold calling or telesales.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Competency with Microsoft Office applications.

* Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Desirable Skills:

* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Service Tracker or Salesforce).

* Ability to manage complaints empathetically and professionally.

* Proven ability to maintain a sales opportunity pipeline.
