Description

• Lead and develop the finance department to ensure effective financial management and control.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports for senior management.
• Implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes.
• Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Ensure the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
• Support the senior management team in strategic decision making.
• Manage and reduce operational and production costs.
• Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper management.

Profile

• A professional qualification in (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Team management experience.
• Strong analytic skills with an attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
