Role Overview:

The Corporate Finance team is seeking exceptional individuals to join their London team. The role involves working on transactions, managing client relationships, and interacting effectively with colleagues. The candidate will have significant interaction with the day-to-day business of Corporate Finance and Corporate Broking, working with colleagues in Sales and Research, and other professional advisers.

Responsibilities include regular client contact, supporting the pipeline of corporate transactions, preparing necessary documentation, and coordinating accounting and legal processes.

Experience:

Good working knowledge of UK corporate transactions, both public and private.

Public company experience, including AIM and/or Aquis or the Main Market.

Demonstrable experience and passion for equity markets.

Several years’ experience in transaction services at a reputable accounting firm or investment bank/boutique advisory firm/broking firm.

A grounding in law, finance, or accounting, or a relevant professional qualification.

Experience in natural resources, transitional energy, and renewable technologies is helpful but not required.
