As an Accounts Associate, you will play an integral role in managing the financial health of our hotels. Working closely with the Finance Manager and other departments, you'll ensure accurate reporting, compliance with financial policies, and smooth daily operations within the finance team.

Key Responsibilities- Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations accurately and on time.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable, ensuring prompt resolution of discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and organised financial records, adhering to company policies.
- Prepare reports for management, including expense tracking and variance analysis.
- Support the month-end closing process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial procedures and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all local financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist with audits and provide required documentation as needed.
