Service Engineer

We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our in-house manufactured flow chemistry equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel and is passionate about providing exceptional service and support to customers globally.

Day-to-day of the role:

Train new and existing users in the operation of the flow chemistry system, reactors, and software.
Perform IQOQ certification of newly installed flow chemistry systems worldwide.
Conduct maintenance and upgrade services on-site in laboratories and at the factory.
Engage with customers to discuss applications and gather information from their experiences.
Advise customers on preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support to customers via phone and email.
Create technical bulletins and guides to assist users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a laboratory service or installation role.
NVQ Level 3 or higher diploma/degree in engineering or chemical engineering.
Proficient in logical troubleshooting techniques.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Enjoy travelling and visiting customers.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision after training.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

Desirable Experience:

Experience within a scientific industry and working in a laboratory environment.
Electro-Mechanical experience.
Experience in working overseas
