Morgan McKinley is working with a well established company based in Copthorne, West Sussex who is looking for an Accounts Assistant to support the Financial Controller with, assisting with everyday Finance such as, processing payments, checking of invoices, supplier statements, handling customer invoice queries etc.

Salary: up to £28K

Hours: 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday

Location: Office based - parking onsite

Finance Assistant duties:

• Processing incoming payments, credit notes and invoices
• Reconciliations
• Handling queries
• Producing cash flow reports

Skills and experience:

• Ideally have some experience of working in an Accounts / Finance, office support, admin skills or keen to start their career in Finance
• Good IT skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
