Job Overview

We are seeking a Working Supervisor to oversee site teams and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards. Reporting to the Project/Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, maintaining health & safety compliance, and ensuring efficient project completion.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate the on-site team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

* Ensure full compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality procedures.

* Liaise with the Project/Site Coordinator to keep projects on schedule.

* Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety updates.

* Oversee site cleanliness, PPE compliance, and equipment maintenance.

* Report site changes, incidents, and client instructions to management.

* Ensure timely submission of timesheets and accurate financial measurement of completed works.

Essential Requirements

* CSCS Blue Card (training provided).

* EUSR Water Hygiene Card (training provided).

* Confined Spaces Certificate (training provided).

* SSSTS (training provided).

* Experience supervising site teams in construction or utilities.

* Ability to work independently, lead a team, and problem-solve.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Willingness to travel and work away when required.

Desirable Qualifications

* Experience in clean water, wastewater, or environmental sectors.

* Additional construction industry certifications.
