Claims Advisor
Our client is a busy multi-disciplinary practice based in Manchester City Centre who specialise in financial mis-selling and housing disrepair. The firm is currently undergoing a period of substantial growth and we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Claims Advisor to join our New Claims Team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities include:
As a Claims Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients wishing to make a claim and it is therefore important that you are comfortable working on the telephone. You will be responsible for identifying clients who will benefit from our services and gathering the information and documentation necessary to pass clients on to our Legal Team. Your role is critical in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and that all opportunities are maximised.
Full training will be provided; however, the ideal candidate will have a background in telephone sales within a legal context. - Answering and making calls to potential clients
- Identifying client needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Gathering client information and documentation
- Updating and maintaining client records
- Meeting set targets and KPIs
- Providing excellent customer service

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience in a telephony capacity, key competencies include:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proven experience in a similar role
