F&R are looking for a competent assistant manager in Crewe for a long term placement for one of our 5* star house building clients.

About the job?

The role is based in Crewe, assisting the site team in handing over plots for summer targets. The role will have a variety of responsibilities including: cmls, snag lists, managing trades on externals and internals. liaising with subcontractors and remedial works for completion, booking subcontractors in and so on.

Requirements for the role?

SSSTS/SMSTS
First Aid
CSCS Card
5+ years experience in management
Timer frame experience (preferred)
