We are looking for Trainee/Junior Business Development Managers to join our IT/Comms/Print division based from our Milton Keynes HQ.

Basic Pay 25-28K Dependent on experience

Responsibilities will include:

Driving continued sales to an established customer portfolio
Developing self-generated and Telesales new business opportunities
Management of sales pipelines
Meeting agreed KPI's and targets
Nurturing strong client relationships
Accurately updating the CRM system
Pipeline, Opportunity and Revenue achievement

The successful candidates will demonstrate:

A personality suited to sales and to sell within a competitive environment
Excellent pipeline management skills
Competent, confident negotiation skills
A flexible sales technique and ability to suit clients at all levels
Strong data management via a leading CRM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
