About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and immediately available Credit Controller for a temporary role in Leicester. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's credit accounts, ensuring timely payments, and resolving any issues related to outstanding debts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Chasing outstanding debts via phone, email, and letters.

- Maintaining accurate records of all credit transactions.

- Working closely with the sales and accounts teams to resolve any customer queries.

- Preparing regular reports on debtors and aging balances.

- Assisting with the reconciliation of accounts as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

- Immediate availability to start.
