Morning shift

Monday to Thursday 06:30 - 15:30
Friday 06:30-10:00
£14.23 PER HOUR

Responsibilities:

Cover Powder coat process when required* Painting of all parts to high standards (on a moving line, speed 13ft per minute).
* Change equipment as per standardised work requirements.
* Rework rejected parts to high Quality standards.
* Ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained and stored within H&S requirements.
* Adhere to the company's Health & Safety policy and safe working practices.
* Adhere to company's Values in Action: Integrity, Commitment, Excellence,Teamwork.

Requirements:

* Familiarity with the functionality of spray systems.
* Knowledge of different paint types.
* Knowledge of MSDS and COSSH systems.
* Ability to change equipment e.g. tips and filters.
* The ability to read, comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions/procedures.
* Ability to work well with a team environment and possess a flexible attitude.
* You will possess effective communication skills to communicate with various levels of the organisation.
* Willing to undertake training/learning as required.
