Elevation Accountancy and Finance are looking for a Management Accountant to join one of our fantastic clients in the Sheffield area on a full time, permanent basis.

Duties:

• Assisting in the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
• Ability to prepare draft Management Accounts
• Reconciling and maintaining Fixed Asset Register
• Providing accurate reports to Group
• Posting and preparation of Payroll, Accruals and Prepayments
• Analysis of Budget v Actual
• Support in the preparation of VAT returns
• Analysis of KPI's and Variances
• Reconciling Control Accounts

Experience:

• At least 3 years' experience within a fast-paced finance function
• Studying towards a qualified accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA or ACCA)
• Strong communication skills at all seniority levels
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
• Confident using IT software, especially Excel
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
