* To deliver pre-planned, efficient maintenance tasks to the highest quality standard

* Compliant with all health and safety requirements and adhere to best working practices

* Undertake various tasks including general maintenance, installation, decoration, and basic plumbing

* Covering a mobile contract across Bristol - vehicle and fuel card is provided.

What you'll need to succeed

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

* Carpentry, painting, changing doors and locks, gardening, tiling

* A trade qualification would be required.
