The Role - Behaviour Mentor

We are seeking a passionate Behaviour Mentor to join a secondary SEMH School on a long-term basis, starting ASAP. In this Behaviour Mentor role, you will provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and challenging behaviour. As a Behaviour Mentor, your role will involve helping manage behaviours, supporting learning both inside and outside the classroom, and implementing intervention strategies to promote positive outcomes. Physical Intervention training is highly desirable for this Behaviour Mentor role.
