Description

The Group Financial Controller will be responsible for:

• Implement, refined and define the control environment
• Group payroll and AP
• Preparation of the group monthly management accounts
• Balance sheet controlling
• Lead on the production of the statutory accounts & report and year-end audit
• Cash Management
• Responsible for the Tax compliance
• M&A accounting and integration
• Finance transformation

Profile

The successful Group Financial Controller will be:

• A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA)
• Demonstrable experience with group accounts
• Multi-currency consolidation experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Able to lead and mentor a small finance team
• Private Equity backed company experience would be advantageous

Job Offer

The Group Financial Controller role comes with a competitive base of £100,000-£120,000 and package depending on experience.
