Monday - Friday - 35 hour week

My client a leading supplier in the food industry, is seeking a motivated Sales and Finance Support Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Harlow. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Sales and Finance teams.
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile financial statements and prepare reports for management.
  • Respond to client inquiries and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Help the team meet sales targets by supporting the sales process.

What We're Looking For:
