Job Title: Conveyancer

Location: Tamworth - Up to 3 days working from home

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE

Benefits: £300 bonus (monthly), Holidays, Pension

The Role:
As a Conveyancer, you will be an integral part of the team, providing expert legal advice and services throughout the conveyancing process. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional looking to take the next step in their career and join a forward-thinking, growing firm.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters from inception to completion.

* Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property transactions.

* Conduct property searches, draft contracts, and handle all associated legal documentation.

* Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards throughout each case.

* Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients, keeping them updated at every stage of the process.

* Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience as a Conveyancer (residential and/or commercial).

* Strong knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

* Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and accurately.

* Ideally, qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (though not essential for the right candidate).
