Senior Design Manager

£55,000 - £65,000 plus 10% bonus

ROLE

* The Senior Design Manager will report to one of the Partners and/or the Associate Director.

* The Senior Design Manager will be responsible for planning and organising large projects from an electrical and mechanical perspective.

* The role will require the right candidate to be the main point of contact for clients as well as other internal disciplines, subconsultants and commercial team.

* Assistant design manager and design manager will report to you.

* The role will require from you to be responsible for financial management of projects client relationship management and supervision of less senior staff.

* The Senior Design Manager will work on project briefs, review project status, prepare project reports.

YOU

* The Senior Design Manager will have experience working on large commercial projects or data centres.

* The Senior Design Manager will have experience working as a project lead delivering large scale projects on time.

* We are looking for a chartered professional with knowledge of commercial and contractual risks
