Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Register and build strong relationships with potential home buyers.
• Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct viewings, providing detailed feedback to vendors.
• Negotiations: Facilitate offers between vendors and buyers, ensuring a smooth process.
• Referrals: Book appointments with mortgage brokers and refer clients to solicitors.
• Communication: Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents to ensure seamless transactions.
• Valuations: Generate and book property valuations for the Valuer.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service, fostering trust and loyalty among clients.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the property industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive communication style.
• A client-focused approach with excellent customer service skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Great organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the local property market (advantageous).
• A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
