THE COMPANY
This high street retailer are in the process of launching a new loyalty scheme and they are looking to drive this forward!
THE ROLE
As a CRM & Loyalty Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Setting short term tactics to grow out the loyalty base
- Implement the program
- Analysing campaigns and building out recommendations to help expand the program
- Drive multi-channel comms for the program and own this
- Build campaigns alongside the execs in the team
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Loyalty experience is a must have
- Experience in a retailer is preferred
- Solid stakeholder management experience is preferred
- Multi-channel experience is a nice-to-have
