About the role:

We are looking for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our enthusiastic team on a full-time, long-term basis, offering stability and growth opportunities. As a pivotal member, you'll closely support Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classes, contributing to high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment.

Application Requirements:

• Relevant HLTA qualification (desired) or equivalent experience.

• Experience working within Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 settings.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

• A proactive approach to supporting teaching and learning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons and implementing educational activities.

• Lead small group interventions and assist in assessing student progress.

• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective team working and communication
