Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Clerk:
* Process invoices, credit notes, expense claims, Bacs, and manual payments.
* Post and allocate payments, reconcile supplier accounts, and handle purchase requisitions and receipts.
* Chase approvals, resolve AP queries, and set up and maintain suppliers.
* Manage AP month-end and year-end tasks, prepare reports, and assist with audits.
* Forecast AP payments, ensure compliance with company policies, and implement process improvements.
* Maintain accurate AP records, cross-train team members, and cover for colleagues during holidays or sickness.
What We're Looking for as the Accounts Payable Clerk:
