Stock Administrator Warehouse - Part Time Hams Hall B46 1AL
Must be able to travel to B46 1AL. for Part Time hours
Part Time - 20 hours per week - 10:00 until 14:00 Monday to Friday
This is a unique opportunity to join the team during a time of significant growth. The diverse administrative role on offer will be based at our Hams Hall site at GXO Hams Hall in Coleshill and will require the individual(s) to be flexible in all aspects of on-site administration. Rate £11.44 .
No picking and packing involved. Purely Admin Duties in the Warehouse for Stock
Key responsibilities will include:
· The correct receipting of all inbound loads
· Process all orders for picking and dispatch in a priority sequence.
· Process and monitor internal stock movements.
· Co-ordinate order bookings with customers and transport companies
· Maintain controls for returned and damaged stock.
· Perform daily system hygiene checks.
· Order picking and checking
· Manage Sales Force customer query system.
· Expedite unresolved matters within a sensible time frame.
· Conduct Perpetual Inventory and reconcile any resulting stock discrepancies
· Manage 'non RF system' stocks, controlled via Excel spreadsheet
· Effective communication of issues with both internal departments and external customers
· The ability to prioritise work duties within a busy environment.

The key requirements of this role include:
Preferred experience of SAP LES systems
- Excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to change and learn new skills and techniques.
- Effective written and oral communication
- Effective team player
- Financial awareness
- Microsoft Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook. Basic to Intermediate level
- Flexible approach to working hours
