• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong foundation in Early Years education.

• Build positive, supportive relationships with children, parents, and team members to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Provide high-quality education and care for children aged 0-5 years, with responsibility for planning, assessment, and overall development.
• Prepare and organize the classroom to ensure a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment that meets regulatory standards.
• Lead activities and assess progress, using insights to adapt plans and support each child's development journey.
