Description

• Responsible for the accounting function and directs the preparation and maintenance of accounting records and reports.
• Performs Intercompany reconciliations for the preparation of month and year end reporting and consolidation.
• Administers the activity based overhead allocation program to the plan's cost centres and calculates the cost centre data.
• Develops and monitors the implementation of finance related timetables such as budget preparation, sales forecasts and departmental operation expenses.
• Prepares and analyses reports and statistics.
• Ensures SOX compliance.
• Monitors and approves all capital expenditures.
• Reviews the activities of accounting department, including the posting of journal entries, payment of invoices, billing completed, etc.
• Maintains current knowledge of US GAAP.

Profile

A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP and relevant statutory accounting
• Empowered decision maker/relationship-builder
• Skills to analyze supplier financial information and determine manufacturing capability
• Accounting and Controlling process expertise; coaching/mentoring skills.
