We Are Footprint are recruiting for an experienced Construction Logistics Manager to work on a new build industrial project near Sunderland for one of our key clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional with a background in logistics management within the construction industry. Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the delivery and coordination of all logistics operations on site.

* Manage site traffic and ensure the smooth and safe movement of materials and personnel.

* Ensure that the project site is properly organized and all resources are efficiently distributed.

* Monitor and maintain accurate records of deliveries, stock levels, and movement of materials.

* Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

* Troubleshoot any logistics-related issues as they arise.

Key Requirements:

* Valid CSCS card is essential.

* Either SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or SSSTS (Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme) required.

* Ideally, hold a First Aid qualification.

* Previous experience in a similar logistics management role on large construction sites, ideally within the industrial or commercial sectors.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* Proactive approach to problem-solving and site management.
