An exciting junior opportunity has arisen in a leading international legal firm who are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join the team in the firm's London office.
The role sits within a supportive and engaged Marketing and Business Development function who together help to deliver the firm's marketing and client development objectives and will suit a creative and organised individual looking to develop broad marketing skills. Working with the Senior Business Development Manager, you will drive forward initiatives and marketing and business development plans for many teams across the firm. Having developed an understanding of the clients of the firm and the markets in which the firm operates, you will help devise and implement marketing plans, working with partners and fee earners to take a lead role in executing new initiatives and campaigns and promoting content through traditional and digital channels. The successful applicant will enjoy a varied role coordinating the legal directory submissions, assisting with press releases and implementing social media strategies. The Marketing Assistant will also plan, manage and attend events, conferences, webinars and seminars.
You will have previous marketing experience gained in a professional services organisation or equivalent B2B environment, and either CIM qualifications or a desire to study for them. With an interest in digital marketing and social media, the Marketing Assistant must have good oral and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. Tenacious and resilient with a positive and proactive approach, the ideal candidate will possess excellent IT skills and a strong team player mentality.
