RG Consultancy are working closely with an excellent, reputable client based in Bolton who are looking for a part time Bookkeeper to join them on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for part time flexible hours (you can choose your days/hours), who can support a busy, growing business.

Duties include:

• Record and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable using ERP system
• Matching and coding invoices
• Supplier statements
• BACs payments
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Credit card reconciliations
• Submit payroll information
• VAT and CIS returns
• Assist with month end preparations
• Assist with management accounts
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with budgets and forecasting
• Other ad-hoc duties

Skills:

• Strong Excel skills
• Strong IT skills and able to pick up new systems
