The work is impactful, the client portfolio is diverse and often high-profile, and the culture is boldly people-first.

? Client Portfolio & Professional Scope

The Audit Manager will work across a wide range of industries, including:

  • Holds an ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)

  • Has strong external audit experience aligned with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs)

  • Is confident navigating IFRS, UK standards, and comprehensive audit planning

  • Demonstrates natural leadership — with an ability to coach, drive quality, and solve problems

  • Brings insight to client discussions, offering more than surface-level responses

  • Possesses commercial curiosity and a growth-oriented mindset

Additional strengths include:

  • Experience with regulated clients or technical industries

  • Interest in — or openness to — international secondment opportunities

  • A keen eye for process optimisation and innovative workflow approaches

?? Tech Stack

The role demands proficiency in Excel, alongside modern cloud-based audit tools that enable speed, clarity, and collaborative workflows.

? Perks & Benefits

  • Generous annual leave with added days for long service

  • Hybrid/flexible working model

  • Comprehensive learning and development programmes

  • Private medical insurance and enhanced parental policies

?? A Glimpse Into the Culture

Despite its size and global stature, the firm maintains a progressive, grounded, and people-centric environment. Team members are known by name, and leadership is genuinely accessible. Open doors, flat hierarchy, and a culture of valuing ideas — including those from new voices — are hallmarks of this workplace.

This role offers challenge, recognition, and support in equal measure.

?? Interested Candidates

Those exploring new opportunities in audit leadership are encouraged to engage in a confidential discussion — without commitment, just an open conversation.
