We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our award winning client's team in Grantham. The ideal candidate will support management with a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the Operations Department.

Key Responsibilities for the Operations Administrator:

* Assist managers with daily clerical tasks, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and making travel arrangements.

* Oversee office operations, including managing phone calls and emails for franchise support.

* Coordination for Renewal of regulatory requirements and set up of group initiatives.

* Develop and maintain filing systems, create reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.

* Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

* Monitor active projects, develop performance indicators, and conduct research on project requirements.

Required Skills for the Operations Administrator:

* Accurate & thorough with excellent attention to detail

* Time Management and being well organised.

* Able to work alone and unaided, or as part of a Team.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, outlook and be able to navigate internet.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
