About Us: Our team is currently recruiting registered Physiotherapists for NHS in the UK. They are offering full-time, part-time, and Locum positions in hospitals, and community centres in the UK.
Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients of all ages with physical, developmental, or cognitive impairments. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for our patients.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities, limitations, and needs.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practice guidelines.
* Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
* Provide adaptive equipment recommendations, environmental modifications, and home exercise programs to support patient's independence and safety.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and social workers, to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.
* Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document all clinical interventions in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
* Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the therapeutic process, home management strategies, and community resources available to support continued progress and independence.
* Participate in departmental meetings, in-service training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical skills and promote best practices.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited program.
* HCPC registration certificate.
* CPR certification (preferred).
* Experience working with diverse patient populations across the lifespan (pediatric, adult, geriatric).
* Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to professional development, evidence-based practice, and ethical standards in healthcare.
