Credit Controller x 2

My client is currently going through a restructure and is looking to recruit 2 credit controllers to join an existing team of 15. They are looking for credit controllers who want to take responsibility of their own ledger with a focus on resolving queries and minimising debts over 60 days. I am looking for positive, upbeat credit controllers who like speaking to customers on the phone, who get a sense of job satisfaction from chasing debts.

Duties

• Managing a ledger of 1000 accounts worth approximately £2 million a month
• Credit checking and setting of credit limits
• Chasing outstanding debts by telephone, email and letter
• Responsible for passing accounts to debt collection or for legal action
• Sending out copy invoices and statements
• Providing commentary on your accounts for the monthly aged debt reporting
• Investigating and resolving invoice queries
• Working to cash collection targets and KPI’s

Requirements

• Looking for 2-3 years credit control experience in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Excel skills and experience of an ERP system
• Ability to working in a changing environment
