My client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Solicitor with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of litigation matters, providing legal advice and representation to clients, and managing cases from inception to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting legal research and analysis on various litigation matters.
Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Providing strategic advice to clients on litigation strategies and potential outcomes.
Managing a caseload of litigation matters and ensuring deadlines are met.
Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.Qualifications:

Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
Strong knowledge of civil procedure rules and litigation practices.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes.
