Mechanical Supervisor / Construction Manager

12month Project

Avolon M&E are looking for experience Mechanical Supervisors / Mechanical Site Manager / Mechanical Construction Manager for a large site in Kings Cross.

Roles and Responsibilities but not subject to:

* Can review weekly RAMS and SHE folders

* Ability to carry out various handovers

* Attend weekly co-ordination meetings

* Able to co-ordinate other interfacing trades

* Able to package supervise various sub-contractors

* Carry out works to Construction Issue Drawings

* Carry out works to ensure the Record Drawings are captured as the project evolves

* Carry out the works within the programme periods

* Liaise with the engineering team (Mechanical and Electrical)

* Keep a daily site diary

Required & Technical Skills:

* Previous mixed used project experience is preferred

* Relevant trade qualifications

* Supervisor / management experience

* SMSTS / SSSTS

* Current, valid CSCS card, ideally supervisor

* A working knowledge of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel and Outlook
